Services for children:

  • Play therapy for young children who are struggling with anxiety, life transitions or other challenging circumstances.
  • Therapy for children and adolescents for a variety of issues; including difficulty attending school, social anxiety, peer relationship challenges, gender identity and sexuality. 
  • Child-parent psychotherapy to strengthen attachment relationships and recovery after trauma experiences.
  • Trauma counselling for children and young people who have survived family violence or sexual abuse.
  • Therapy for children and adolescents who are presenting with concerning sexual behaviours. 

Services for adults:

  • Perinatal counselling for new and expecting parents (from pregnancy to child being 5 years of age) for issues such as antenatal and postnatal anxiety and depression, life adjustments and relationship difficulties.
  • Individual psychotherapy for parents who are facing stressful circumstances or have had their own experience of childhood trauma. 
  • Parenting support for families of all kinds, including single parents, rainbow families and co-parenting couples.
